1. Introduction

Welcome to Kefi Home Healthcare. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our home healthcare services. By availing our services, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not
agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Kefi Home Healthcare provides professional home healthcare services, including but not limited  to:

● Nursing care at home (Elderly care, Wound care, Chronic Disease Management,
Tracheostomy Care, Post-Stroke Care, Post-Surgical Care, Post-Knee Surgery, Post-Hip
Surgery, and Post-Transplant Care)
● Critical care nursing at home
● Physiotherapy at home
● Doctor visits at home
● Medical equipment rental
● Lab tests at home

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who require medical care at home. By availing our services, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.

4. Appointment and Scheduling

● Appointments can be scheduled via phone at 93459 27227 or email at  info@kefihealthcare.com.
● Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
● Emergency services are subject to availability.

5. Payment and Billing

● Payment for services must be made in full before or at the time of service, unless  otherwise agreed.
● We accept payments via cash, online transfers, or other approved payment methods.
● Any additional charges incurred during service will be communicated to the client and   must be settled immediately.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

● Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
● Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

7. Patient Responsibilities

● Clients must provide accurate medical history and other necessary details.
● Any prescribed medications must be provided by the client or their guardian.
● The patient or their caregiver must be present during service delivery if required.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kefi Home Healthcare and its employees strive to provide the best possible care. However, we
are not liable for any:
● Adverse reactions to treatments or medications
● Unforeseen complications arising during or after service
● Loss or damage of any personal belongings during service

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

● Patient information will be handled with strict confidentiality.
● We comply with applicable data protection laws to ensure the privacy of our clients.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:
● There is any abuse or harassment toward our staff
● False medical information is provided
● Payments are not made as per the agreed terms

11. Amendments

Kefi Home Healthcare reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be available on our website or communicated to clients.
